SHIPPING INFO

All equipment orders include SHIPPING to direct points within 48-contiguous states.

The majority of our products are shipped by common carrier, in which case a forklift (or something similar) will most likely be needed to unload the product.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING THE PRODUCT FROM THE TRUCK

If a product is picked up at a terminal, the terminal staff will be able to load the equipment on your trailer or truck.

When you receive your shipment, immediately:

  1. Make note of any visible damage and/or missing pieces (compare the bill of lading to your purchase confirmation) on the bill of lading at the time of deliver.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

For your own protection, inspect shipments before signing the freight bill. If a shipment is damaged, note damage on the freight bill and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
